Trama
Durante la seconda guerra mondiale, il sedicenne irlandese Brendan Behan partecipa ad un raid aereo dall’Irlanda a Liverpool. La missione, però fallisce, e Brendan viene catturato e rinchiuso in un riformatorio. Qui si trova a convivere con i suoi coetanei che ha sempre considerato ‘nemici’.
